Icons are on both sides of the entrance door. This is the one of Cetula church patron - St. Nicolas the Bishop.
Over the icon and the cross there are traditional Ukrainian "Rushnyki" (towels) - a ritual cloth made of linen or cotton, with woven or embroidered designs, done by hand.
They are usually draped over religious picture frames or crosses, at homes and churches. In Ukrainian tradition, rushnik was regarded as a protection against evil.
