The Holy Spirit Gate (niem. Heilige-Geist-Tor) was built in 14th century and is one of the oldest water gates in Gdansk.
The gate house suffered extensive damage during the battle of Gdansk in 1945 and only the archway and sections of the wall remained.
During its reconstruction in the 1980s, it regained its shape from the 15th-16th century and has been decorated with a sgraffito frieze.
Now it houses the apartments.
