Made of spelt flour, with sunflower and Nigella seeds (black caraway).
Our 4th attempt and the best one so far :)
We are getting better and better at home baking.

There has been a to of good come out of this year so far... it looks so good and I love that the ancient grain of Spelt is becoming so popular. V
