At 14,400 ft. (4400 m.)asl, the signposted "Last Waterpoint", is the place where you can get fresh mountain water from a stream for the last time.
The porters collected enough water into plastic containers to bring it to Kibo huts. We had lunch in this place as well, sitting at the wooden picnic tables.
