Today we celebrate the 20th anniversary of Poland's first post-war democratic elections in 1989.

I have made the blured version of Polish Election Poster, Solidarność (Solidarity).
In 1989, posters featuring Gary Cooper 's image from "High Noon" - with the Solidarity logo above his sheriff's badge - were displayed around the whole country.

On June 4, 1989, we went to vote and this delivered a sweeping victory to Solidarity and a blow to Poland's communist regime.
