The Greek Catholic Archbishop's Cathedral of Saint George, by architect Bernard Meretyn, was constructed in 1744-1761.
Above the portal there's a sculptural group of St. George Slaying the Dragon, by artist Jan Pinsel. This is one of the best examples of 18th century Lviv sculpture.
