This is a great image. Like the tight cropping focusing only on the head and upper body of the statue. The light on the face of the statue is wonderful, and such great details and textures to be seen in original size. The years of weathering and neglect had left their marks on the statue, which add to the atmosphere of mystery and intrigue. V

That poor shepherd has seen better days, clearly. It's interesting that your ultra long range lens still gives nice, clear results at its shorter end too.
