Rochester, NY

The Wall Street Journal reported last week Rochester has the worst job market in the United States. The building on the left was Hudson Steel. I’m not sure when it closed, but it was founded in 1970 and employed about 40 people.

Image says a lot. The whole region is not what it once was. Rochester seems to be the poster child for decay.

Great tones and colors here too. The story is so sad and the bleak weather really adds to that. The image is excellent and I would have loved to have been there with you photographing this old rusty place. ~BV~
