Rochester, NY

A vigil at the 4th Annual Scotty B Overdose Awareness Day honoring those who lost their battle with addiction. There has been 75 fatal overdoses in Rochester in 2019 so far. All were caused by Fentanyl.

The war on drugs has so many casualties. Perhaps if the resources were used to fight addiction instead of removing the source of drugs promoting the growth of new and more dangerous drugs. Time to end the war on drugs and begin a war on addiction.
