Woah. My first thought was Albrecht Durer, albeit with fewer people than normal in the frame. But the way there are areas of the photo with people focused in different ways reminded me of it. The group at the table all focused on each other, the person who has completely tuned out of the scene, the one person looking out of the frame back at the viewer. This is a very interesting scene. It seems all the better in black and white as the colours would probably have been a distraction here.
My eye went first to the women at the table, across to the woman with her head back and on up to see I have been caught looking by the not too happy appearing gentleman. Like this one a lot.
