I hiked up as early as 4am riding an ATV just to get to the hilltop of Misibis Bay Resort. The overlooking islands are probably one of Bata, San Miguel, Rapu-Rapu as I was on top of Cagraray Island in Bacacay, Albay Province in the Bicol Region.
