There we were, driving peacefully through Tunstall Forest in our Motor Home when suddenly from out of nowhere appeared this Apache Gunship Helicopter. It followed us along the road and then hovered about 20ft from the ground. You could see the two man crew very clearly just watching us! I grabbed the camera and managed to get a couple of shots before it turned and faced us and once again just hovered - wow seeing all that firepower at the front pointing at us, I was beginning to feel a bit weak at the knees!
One of the crew then waved - you could see the smile on his face!
