Most people talk about a North/South split or divide in Britain. But I see the greatest contrast
between West and East. The East is colder, flatter, drier and more spartan. East Anglia and it's
people are not so different than Aberdonians! - I blame the Vikings!
The West is about rain, grass, softer accents, variety, Celtic influences, hills and animals - hooray!

Having called in on my son at Bristol, I am staying with my daughter in Bodmin, Cornwall.
And looking forward to visiting some familiar Pbase faces, too!
