On Which The Sun Never Sets

My entry for the T.I.T.C - this week's theme is 'A Touch of Colour'.

There was only a touch of colour in the sky moments before, and the flag was the only
colour in the street. Still, they do say "moderation in all things - especially moderation"! LOL

Actually I don't think you meet the criteria; however this is a powerful shot, and all the color really makes it.
