Ashdown House

Lambourn, Berkshire, England

Still wading through lots of pictures taken at the weekend.
Lots of processing still to do - much of it with the 'delete' key!

Just over from White Horse Hill (see yesterday's PESO) is Ashdown House
which is a National Trust property linked with Elizabeth of Bohemia (The Winter Queen)
and later this was the home of William, 2nd Earl of Craven, the 1850s photographic pioneer.

Nice shot John - was the camera at that angle, or the whole plane? I suspect it isn't easy taking these!

You keep this up and I will have to go rent a plane because I am so jealous! These are so cool!

Another good one, great angle and shadows make this stand out.
What water shortage, green and pleasant land!

So named because Liz (Of Bohemia) told her husband to get his ash down there? ;-)
Dramatic image John. Nicely done.
