'Honoo jí' is Navajo for 'sawtooth', 'jagged' or 'serrated' and is what the people call this area in a remote corner of the Navajo Nation in NE Arizona.
John, this is a fantastic example of the geology of the area and expertly photographed. It is no wonder these ancient people had so many spirits in which to share the land. Who would have believed this landscape was natural?
