An evening rainbow or two over the estuary fed by the Avon and Heathcote Rivers which both flow through Christchurch. The estuary is where heaps of birds migrate to from the Northern Hemisphere during our summer. There is also a large influx of windsurfers when the tide is right. Shag Rock is near the tropical seaside suburb of Sumner.
