The landscape along the burn has been transformed into something from Lord of the Rings.
I think we must have been invaded by visitors from Middle Earth..... or Sunderland.

I'm afraid I saw it before you did. Love your photos. Particulatly the one of the flattened Larch tree up on the hill - that's my favourite tree and always meant to take an easil up there and spend a day drawing it.

I think they've been on holiday to Skye too. There were hundreds of these on the rocks under the lighthouse at Neist Point last year. Don't seem to have a photo on PBase though...
