Where Eagles bugger off

About 4 months ago a chap was exercising his Golden Eagle up here when it disappeared into low cloud and it hasn't been seen since, he looked a forlorn figure standing by his Land Rover with a radio tracking aerial, looking up at an empty sky.

Excercising his Eagle! Guess people just aren't meant to keep Eagles. Love the wall, (I really miss those great walls.)

Sounds like the Eagle took advantage of the weather, that bottom shot look like a great descent.
