THE NEW OWNERS HAVE ALREADY BREACHED PLANNING ON 3 OCCASIONS ,PLANNING ENFORCEMENT IN SPITE OF SITE VISITS CONTINUE TO LET THEM CARRY ON.

Maybe they can preserve the door and window spaces and scrap all the materials. Seems a very severe restoration at this stage.

They are not messing about! I assume this cottage is in a conservation area so they have to restore it to its original form. Do keep us up to date I love watching these projects.
