The Swiss team played it's best game so fahr, narrowly loosing to Greaat Britain eight to seven in extra innigs.Both teams sored four runs in the firs, one run in the second and came up empty in the third inning. Both teams where able to steal bases at will. Great Britain got the lead in the fourth inning, but Switzerland managed to get even in the sixth. It got close in the seventh for the Swiss team as there where two outs and bases loaded. They got out of the inning as a British baserunner got hit by a batted ball. Two passed balls in the eight inning let Britain go ahead by two. Team Switzerland got one more run in the bottom of the inning but failed to tie it up again.
