Minor League baseball certainly doesn’t get the attention it deserves. In many ways it’s much more enjoyable than the big league. It’s more persona,l with a crowd of about 3000. Base coaches may exchange a few words with fans they know. Players may even step of the field to get a snack, and almost every inning there’s some kind of promotion Why pay 95 $ for a Box seat at Yankee stadium, when 9 $ get you in the second row down by the field ? Why pay 6 to 8 $ for one beer ? Fife dollar hotdogs don’t taste any better than the ones for 3.50. O.K., maybe the guy dragging the infield is the same one who does the PA announcements. They do will call pick up manually down in Harrisburg. Maybe they make a few more errors than you see in the big league. You don’t get any of the big names, but don’t forget, most of today’s stars started down here.
