The Swiss baseball and softball federation held it’s 25 year anniversary this weekend. In a tournament in Therwil, both the under eighteen and the seniors national team played games. The under eighteen played teams from Belgium and Germany. The seniors played a all star team of foreigners who play on Swiss teams, since we had some cancellation at short notice. And again the weather goods showed they don’t care much for baseball. Heavy rain at the beginning of the seniors game almost caused a rainout. It rained again during the middle innings of the game, which affected focus quit a bit. The under eighteens finished second, the seniors lost their two games.
