Peter Island, British Virgin Islands

Allegedly, the legendary pirate, Blackbeard left several of his crew on this island with no food or water. They died when they tried to swim to the point of rocks of Peter Island shown on the right hand side. Hence - Dead Chest Island and Deadmen's Bay.
