presenting the most colorFULL leafy lad of nurturing november...

Fall Freedom Forever Family Forest

immerse yourselves in this magical energy of this most awesome young warrior of pure heart

i've been called both a mixed mutt and a half breed ever since i can remember

48 years ago on a record cold and snowy 17th i was granted my heinz 57 variety bloodline

for decades now i have been forced at times to choose a label of race and ethnicity

saturday night my native american heart sang at chicago's 54th annual american indian POW WOW

bittersweet tears flowed as i felt the loving spirits of my shawnee and cherokee great-grandparents

everyone in the pavilion was invited numerous times to dance as an ecelctic tribe of wonder

my shawnee great-grandmother mahala who married an irish quaker has always been a special matriarch

pochabarbarahontas is a nickname for my mom who received the unqiue beauty of her native kin

hours flew by in a most mystical autumn night & i truly felt transported to the otherworld of peace

returning to my car leafy pals surrounded me with magical tunes orchestrated by my mahala williams

no labels for me~~~i am johnutty macchcuckles o'lunaleafy of the ecelctic tribe of many nations

let's again embrace the wanderFULL care of our dear mother nature with her unconditional love

"17" HE AH HI AH HO AH HE AH HIAH HO AH HE AH!!! AHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO :):):)

and here's a song of my youth that my mom and my dad always told me to place deep in my heart...

"cherokee nation" sung with heart by paul revere & the raiders... written by the spirited don fardon...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3K7QEGQZ7Wg

"they took the whole cherokee nation
put us on this reservation
took away our ways of life
the tomahawk and the bow and knife

took away our native tongue
and taught their english to our young
and all the beads we made by hand
are nowadays made in japan

cherokee people
cherokee tribe
so proud to live
so proud to die

they took the whole indian nation
locked us on this reservation
though I wear a shirt and tie
i'm still part redman deep inside

cherokee people
cherokee tribe
so proud to live
so proud to die

but maybe some day when they've learned
cherokee nation will return
will return
will return
will return
WILL RETURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
