While waiting for my football game to start, I thought I'd take a look at some old IR images. This particular one was taken from the middle of State Street on a Sunday morning. (State Street is closed to 'normal' traffic, thus on Sunday morning, it is even less busy than normal).

I wanted to take an IR picture with sun flares to see what happened. The lighting here was brutal and the greatest amount of time went into evening out the tones. I did also use a "glow" filter here but used a mask to erase it from the Capital and the flares.
