Many building developments have taken place since 2002 giving The Eden Project a more 'cluttered' look, and as
a result it has lost much of that mind-blowing 'domes on Mars' initial visual impact it had
when it was basically the domes in the old quarry.
Even so it's still a great place to visit, especially for us Brits when we've had just about
enough of our dull cold weather; an hour or so in the Mediterranean dome and then a wander up
to the top of the Jungle does a lot to lift the spirits. The Eden project is undoutedly more
educational-friendly today, so the changes have probably been for the better.
