After a spell in the cupboard for quite a while (almost 4 years)
the camera has come back to life again! A couple of springs in the
bottom of the battery compartment have broken, but that's nothing a
couple of bits of tin foil can't fix
Although its sensor isn't much larger than those on 2021 flagship smartphones, the great lens
and useful controls beat the pants off them. Still nicer to use as a walk-around than my DSLR.
