Stanley H. "Wacky" Arnolt was a Chicago industrialist and an importer/distributor of foreign cars
in the 1950s including MG, Morris, Austin, Austin-Healy and Rileys. S.H. Arnolt Inc. of Chicago
and Warsaw, Indiana created four different manufacturer's cars with Bertone bodies during the
period 1953 to 1968.

Arnolt-Bristols were built limited quantities from 1954 to 1959 with 142 completed over a period
of seven years. With a total of 130 being sold, as 12 were destroyed in a Chicago warehouse
fire. The bodies were made by Italian coachbuilder Bertone out of steel with an aluminum hoods
and trunk lids. The total production included six coupes, and two aluminum alloy-bodied cars.

Specifications: 130 bhp, 1,971 cc Bristol OHV inline six-cylinder engine, four-speed manual
transmission, double wishbone front suspension with transverse leaf spring, live axle,
A-bracket, radius arm and torsion bar rear suspension, and four-wheel drum brakes.
