Quite a project, John. What do you do in your spare time? :) That's a pretty old house, they seem to have a lot more character even if they may need some loving care.

Looks like quite a project. I've learned that the best method in a project like this is to remove everything in the room down to the bare wood walls. I imagine that is what you are doing here.
