I love shooting my nephew's ball games. You have some very good shots. In my 1 year with the 10D, I have found a few things that work well. ISO 200-400, at or just prior to dusk. 100 for daylight. There is a button that allows you to select the point of focus, it's on the back, top far right. When you are using one of the program modes, I see you used shutter priority, you can select the point of focus. Takes the guess work away from the camera, which selects from 7 points of focus. Just look through the lens as you push the mentioned button, will cycle through all of the points. Stop pushing it when the center focal point is red.
