Back in Nairobi, Kenya, we visited the Giraffe Center which was interesting. They have a herd of about a dozen giraffes that they have been raising and studying for a long time. One of the activities is feeding them food pellets individually. They come up and stick their tongue out upon which you place a pellet. Ginny gave it a try and had some fun. She went through a small bowl of pellets in short order.
