I came across an interesting comparison while scanning Ginny's photos from her trip to Ireland in 1997. She said that one thing that really scared here was the boys crawling out to the edge of the Cliffs of Moher and peeping over the edge. It is a LONG way down! We visited the Cliffs in 2024. Since 1997 they have constructed a barrier that keeps you from going out to the edge. As an acrophobiac, I appreciate that. If you look in the bottom picture over my right shoulder you can see the spot that David crawled out to back then in the top picture.
