Today I made a nice shrimp curry. It is very easy to make and we like it because the batch size is big enough for two days of meals. This is my mis en place assemblage just before I started cooking. The knife I used was given to us by our son Robert. He got it in Japan. The inscription on the handle was his choice and translates to "a loving example." Great sentiment for Ginny and me.
