This is a Brunnera macrophylla, commonly known as Siberian Bugloss, False Forget-me-not, or Heartleaf Brunnera. It is one of Ginny's picture that will probably end up as a cover photo for her note cards. I came up with all those names through the wonders of Google Lens. We saw it at the Idaho Botanical Garden in Boise, Idaho.
