Our friend Dick in Happy Valley, Oregon, prepared a salmon feast for us. There is nothing better than Alaskan sockeye salmon. Atlantic salmon can't hold a candle to it in terms of flavor. He roasted it on a cedar plank in his grill and it came out perfectly cooked. Throw in some brussels sprouts, a nice salad and ice cream for desert and you get quite a feast
