My friend Chris Gibbins posts great photos of culinary delights that he cooks from scratch. He also posts the recipes. I admire his adventures into "food porn." (my sons also refer to it as that) I like to cook stuff. I have a 6 inch stack of recipes and notes stuck away in a cabinet which I refer to quite often. They are all organized into folders. Our usual menu planning often starts with the acquisition of some sort of protein at Kroger then goes on from there. Well, Kroger has some very nice thin sliced beef which screamed at us as we passed by. "Don't you guys want a nice beef curry this week?" it said. We said " sure!" and it found its way into our refrigerator. So today I pulled out my recipe and whipped up a batch which we served with rice. It is one of our favorites and we always get another serving each of leftovers for tomorrow.
