In the last few days I have been introduced to the Topaz AI suite. Thanks to Gordon (merriwolf). I think the main thing I have learned with these tools is not to overdo it. It is tempting to crank those sliders up. Today I have been going through some airplane photos I took at Wings Over Houston in 2009. At that event I captured 1250 images which is a lot to look through. After a while I found a few that were decent to begin with and had a go at them. Really, the only thing I had to do was use the sharpening tool sparingly. The results were very satisfying. Today's posted photo is a composite of before (left) and after of "Fat Albert" the Marine Corps C-130 that accompanies the Blue Angels. One thing is that it takes a lot of CPU time to do the calculations. C'est la vie!
