We like to have a nice meal on Sunday. Today we went grocery shopping in the freezer and pulled out a nice flank steak. Ginny marinated it in our favorite marinade - Claude's. I cooked it on the grill and paid close attention to internal temperature. I pulled it off at 131F and let it rest during which time the temperature goes up a few degrees more. Throw in tater tots, steamed broccoli and a nice beer and VOILA a feast to enjoy.
