Since Thanksgiving I have let my food intake get big. As a result I have become bigger. Up until that time I was on a weight reduction kick which was working pretty well. There are zillions of diets around. After lots of research (myself and Ginny) we decided to go the keto route. The bottom line on that one is to avoid carbohydrates and sugars at all costs. In our experiene it works quite well. I have quite a way to go to meet my goal, so it was back to the keto diet yesterday. So today we had keto leftovers. Slices of pan fried steak with green beans over a bed of lettutce. Actually very good.
