Today is our 48th wedding anniversary. We celebrated it in Montreal. This morning we drove from Ottawa to Montreal, visited Saint Joseph's Oratory of Mount Royal then went to our hotel. Just half a block away is an IGA grocery store so we went over and pulled together an anniversary feast of crackers and cheese, chef's salads and some chocolate cheesecake. We brought along a bottle of an Ontario sparkling rose to add to the festivities. It was fun.
