This was our first full day back in the house after a nearly seven week road trip. It was good to go to church and see our friends and just take it easy for the day. Yesterday Ginny got some skirt steak which means that today we have beef fajitas. She marinates them over night so they are really very tasty. It is a quick trip to the grill and presto: beef fajitas for lunch. Life is good.
