Last Sunday we went to the nursery and Ginny bought eight new flowering azalea plants. When we got home, she just couldn't stand it so she went out and planted them all in her garden. They look very pretty. I like them a lot. That makes 20 new azaleas in the garden.
Her garden is in a continuous state of change. Some plants come and some plants go. About a month ago she got rid of about four holly bushes in the side garden. They never flower and they weren't much to look at. With those gone there is room for something else. One of my favorite varieties is the Kalanchoe. It has clusters of small red flowers that last a long time when they bloom. Ginny decided to make a nursery bed where the holly bushes were and try to propagate some of her Kalanchoes. This is going to be interesting and fun to watch.
Today's photo is of Ginny wearing the height of fashion for working in her garden.
