Today is Mothers Day. One of my favorites. I spent a bunch of time getting ready. I made a French Chiffon pie.Ginny really likes chocolate. She made a blackberry pie with berries from her garden. For lunch I made beef tenderloin, stir fried snow peas and broccoli salad. We started the day off with a brunch of bagels and mimosas.
Since we couldn't be with any of the kids and grand kids, I decided to have a virtual Mother's Day lunch with them. I gathered three portraits of the boys and added some snapshots of their whole families. It worked out very nicely. Life is good and Ginny is a great mom.
