Today we started a short road trip to New Orleans for the Thanksgiving holiday. We are staying at Karen and Paul's house along with our friends Mickie and Ken. We arrived about mid afternoon and spent some time with our friends then headed out for an evening of trivia at the NOLA Brewing Company. It was sponsored by the New Orleans Archdiocese CYO Youth and young adult ministry and was religious themed; although, not all the questions were out of the catechism. There was a big crowd and I am happy to report that the Catholic youth of New Orleans really like their beer. We had some barbecue as well. Our performance was not so hot. We had a good time.
