This morning I took Ginny to the airport for her annual mission to put on a birthday party for her mom who is now 95 years old. She has been doing this for a while. It is one of her missions. There were no birthday parties for her mom before she started which is surprising because her five siblings all live within a very short drive. Anyway, she goes through a lot of planning. She does all the preparation and invites all the guests. She brings along all the decorations (this year the party is on St. Patrick's Day) and sources all the food, cake and ice cream locally. It is a big project and she carries it off every year with great success. All I can say is Good Job Ginny!

Today's photo is Ginny getting off at the airport for her trip. Her suitcase is full of stuff, but not much clothing. Every time she heads out to Oregon she brings gifts for friends and family. Giving gifts is something that she enjoys. I am a lucky fella. Life is good.
