In the morning we headed back into Sequoia for a visit to Crystal Cave. We have seen quite a few caves over the years. Some are much better than others. This cave isn't very big. It has some nice formations here and there. Nothing to write home about. Our guide was a college age girl who spent a lot of the time talking about how our bodies are like a cave. Good grief. Where's the beef.
The walk to the cave entrance is about a half mile downhill. That means a half mile uphill coming out. Why is it always downhill to start? There were a few nice waterfalls along the way.
