Today is Good Friday. As with all Fridays in Lent, we are not to eat meat. Seafood is fine. So I figured to make the best of it. Ginny was out to lunch with her goofy girlfriends so I got some shrimp and made my version of shrimp and grits. It was very good. A little Saint Arnold's Summer Pils to go along with it. Voila, a feast.
