Seems like I am putting up photos of food lately. Well, it is the same again today. Our local HEB store was having a sale on Prime steaks for $4.77 a pound. I can't resist that! So we picked up four huge steaks. Of course, we used the sous vide machine with browning in a pan on the side burner of the grill. It worked very well. The steaks were great. Life is good.
