My new computer is on the last leg of its trip from the manufacturing site to my house. Between FedEx parcel tracking and FlightAware flight tracking, it has been quite fun to follow the progress. It was built in Chungqing China which is somewhere in the middle of the country. Then there was no information for several days until is arrived at Shenzhen China which is near Taipei, Taiwan. My guess is that it went by truck for that part of the trip. Then things get a little confused for me, but I figure it flew from Shenzhen to Anchorage with a stop in Sennan-Shi Japan. From then on it was pretty easy. From Anchorage it went to Memphis which if a giant hub for FedEx. And this afternoon is was shipped to Houston Intercontinental Airport from Memphis. That is good news because it will be out for delivery in the morning and I am excited to get it and play with it. Gosh I love new toys. This is fun. Life is good. Easily amused.
